Mushrooms and garlic in yogurt

1poundsButton Mushrooms
½ounceSunflower Margarine
Salt
Pepper
3Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1pinchFreshly Grated Nutmeg
1tablespoonFresh chopped Parsley
4tablespoonsFat-free Plain Yogurt

Directions

Wipe the mushrooms clean with kitchen paper. Trim the stalks if necessary.

Heat the margarine in a large frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook gently for two to three minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the salt and pepper, garlic, nutmeg, and parsley, and continue to cook for two to three minutes longer shaking the pan so that nothing sticks.
