Garlicky mushrooms

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sliced mushrooms
4 tablespoons Olive oil
7 larges Cloves fresh garlic, sliced
3 tablespoons Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute mushrooms in olive oil, covered, about 15 minutes. Uncover; add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer until liquid evaporates. Do not let garlic brown. Serve and enjoy.
