|7 larges||Cloves fresh garlic, sliced|
|3 tablespoons||Chopped parsley|

Saute mushrooms in olive oil, covered, about 15 minutes. Uncover; add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer until liquid evaporates. Do not let garlic brown. Serve and enjoy.
