Mushroom logs

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Fresh Mushrooms; cleaned and chopped finely
½ small Onion; chopped finely
4 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Curry powder
12 \N Sliced white; sandwich style sliced bread, (up to 14)
\N \N Melted butter

Saute chopped mushrooms and onions in 4 T butter, lemon juice and curry powder til done. Do not drain. Cut crusts from bread and roll each slice wiht rolling pin to flatten completely - very flat. Spread one side with melted butter, spoon a samll amount of mushroom mix on bread and roll up.

Secure with toothpick. Brush outside of roll with melted butter and refrigerate. Just before serving, bake 10-15 minutes at 425 until just golden brown.
