Mushroom toast

2 slices Bread
25 grams Butter
100 grams Chestnut mushrooms; quartered
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

1 Place the bread under the grill until golden. Melt the butter in a pan, and saute the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until softened. Season and serve on the bread. Garnish with the parsley.
