Muffin snacks

Yield: 1 Party

Measure Ingredient
1 pack English muffins
1 cup Sliced ripe olives
½ cup Thin sliced green onion
1½ cup Grated Cheddar or Swiss
\N \N Cheese
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Garlic powder to taste

Split muffins in half and toast. Mix together all ingredients and spread on muffins. Cut each half into 4 pieces. Place under broiler until hot and bubbly. To serve snacks as a luncheon sandwich, leave in halves and serve with soup and a green salad.
