Muesli with tapioca and exotic fruits

50gramsCereals, corn flakes rice krispies or muesli
¼litreMilk
10gramsTapioca
25gramsExotic dried fruits papaya bananas raisins
25gramsSugar
1Banana
1Orange
1Kiwi
¼Vanilla bean

Directions

Prep 5 minutes cooking 5 minutes For 2 breakfasts

Boil the milk with the sugar and vanilla. Throw the tapioca and cook for 4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove the bean and add the dried fruits.

Serve in bowls with the diced fresh fruits. Can be eaten hot or warm.
