Muesli with tapioca and exotic fruits

| 50 | grams | Cereals, corn flakes rice krispies or muesli |
| ¼ | litre | Milk |
| 10 | grams | Tapioca |
| 25 | grams | Exotic dried fruits papaya bananas raisins |
| 25 | grams | Sugar |
| 1 | Banana | |
| 1 | Orange | |
| 1 | Kiwi | |
| ¼ | Vanilla bean | |
Directions
Prep 5 minutes cooking 5 minutes For 2 breakfasts
Boil the milk with the sugar and vanilla. Throw the tapioca and cook for 4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove the bean and add the dried fruits.
Serve in bowls with the diced fresh fruits. Can be eaten hot or warm.
