|1||Box (5-cups) quick-cooking oatmeal|
|2½ cup||Baby-food oatmeal (the magic ingredient - makes a smoother cereal)|
|1 cup||Wheat germ|
|¾ cup||Raisins or chopped dates|
|1 cup||Almonds; slivered, flakes or just chopped|
|½ cup||Brown sugar|
I've had good results (i.e. sales) with the following. Just mix in bulk and package in zip-loc bags.
Mix everything together. Eat cold with milk, or cook as oatmeal for hot cereal.
