| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dry mustard |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs |
| 1 | cup | Rich milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter (size of an egg) |
| ½ | cup | Vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Heat first 6 ingredients in top of double boiler until good and hot then add the vinegar and salt and cook till thick.
