| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 16 | ounces | Frozen corn -- thawed & |
| Drained | ||
| 2 | larges | Tomatoes -- peel/coarsley |
| Chop | ||
| ½ | cup | Green pepper -- chopped |
| ½ | cup | Scallion -- chopped |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsely, salt, sugar, basil, and cayenne pepper. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well, cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
