16ouncesFrozen corn -- thawed &
Drained
2largesTomatoes -- peel/coarsley
Chop
½cupGreen pepper -- chopped
½cupScallion -- chopped

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsely, salt, sugar, basil, and cayenne pepper. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well, cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
