Mozzarella and tomato with lemon dijon dressing

¼cupGrey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
2tablespoonsLemon juice
2teaspoonsFresh basil leaves, finely chopped
½teaspoonSugar
3mediumsTomatoes, sliced
6ouncesMozzarella cheese, sliced
2cupsMixed salad greens
¼cupPitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
Chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions

In small bowl, whisk oil, mustard, lemon juice, basil and sugar; set aside.

Arrange tomato and cheese slices over salad greens on serving platter. Top with chopped olives and basil leaves; garnish as desired. Drizzle with prepared dressing before serving.
