Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Mashed potatoes |
| 1 | pounds | Coconut (4 cups) |
| 6 | ounces | Chocolate bits |
| 1 | teaspoon | Almond extract |
| 1 | pounds | Powdered sugar |
| 4 | ounces | Semi-sweet chocolate |
Directions
COATING
Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING: Melt over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge.
