Mounds candy bar

Yield: 20 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Mashed potatoes
1 pounds Coconut (4 cups)
6 ounces Chocolate bits
1 teaspoon Almond extract
1 pounds Powdered sugar
4 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate

COATING

Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING: Melt over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge.
