Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | Mashed potatoes |
1 pounds | Coconut (4 cups) |
6 ounces | Chocolate bits |
1 teaspoon | Almond extract |
1 pounds | Powdered sugar |
4 ounces | Semi-sweet chocolate |
COATING
Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING: Melt over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge.
