Moose tenderloin casserole

Measure Ingredient
8 eaches Pieces flattened tenderlion
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
4 mediums Onions, chopped
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic)
Chopped green pepper

Fry onions and green pepper lightly, Flour and season the tenderloin and brown lightly. Drain off any excess frying fat. Place meat and vegetables in casserole and cover with mushroom soup and one can of water. Cook in moderate oven for about 1 hour.
