Moose steak supreme

¼cupMilk or goats milk
Cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper
1eachEgg

Directions

Cut moose steak very thin. Pound on bolth sides to tenderize, beat egg, milk and seasoning in a small bowl. Dip meat in egg mixture,then dip in cracker crumbs. Fry meat in medium hot pan.
