Mondo bizarro sauce

Ingredients

4largesGarlic cloves
cupFresh basil leaves
cupMinced parsley
1poundsBunch spinach, stemmed
3mediumsRipe tomatoes,
½cupParmesan cheese
½teaspoonSalt
½cupPine nuts
1eachFreshly ground black pepper
1eachOlive oil for the pasta

Directions

Place garlic, basil, parsley & spinach in a blender & work into a uniform paste.

Add tomatoes & process just a few seconds longer. Transfer to a bowl & stir in parmesan, salt & nuts.

Serve at room temperature with hot pasta with the olive oil.
