2 tablespoons | Cornstarch |
1 small | Onion -- chopped |
1 tablespoon | Dijon Mustard |
1 can | Beef Broth (10 1/2 Oz Can) |
Melt butter. Stir in cornstarch; add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in mustard and beef broth. Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 mins or until thickened. Makes 1½ cups.
