Brown sauce`

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 small Onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 can Beef Broth (10 1/2 Oz Can)

Melt butter. Stir in cornstarch; add onion and cook until tender.

Stir in mustard and beef broth. Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 mins or until thickened. Makes 1½ cups.
