Molded shrimp

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
½ cup Cold water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire
⅛ teaspoon Tabasco
¾ cup Mayonnaise
1½ teaspoon Grated onion
½ cup Diced celery
¼ cup Diced bell pepper
¼ cup Chopped pimiento
1 cup Chopped; cooked shrimp

Soften gelatin in water 5 minutes. Place over boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Cool. Add mayonnaise. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1-½ quart mold.

Chill until set.
