Molded shrimp eggs

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Eggs
¼ cup Heavy cream
¼ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper
1 cup Baby shrimp
6 \N Bread rusks
1 cup Hot MORNAY

Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 oz molds. Fill with egg mixture. Place molds in water bath. Bake 25 minutes. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with sauce & serve.
