| 1 | cup | Baby shrimp |
| 6 | Bread rusks | |
| 1 | cup | Hot MORNAY |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 oz molds. Fill with egg mixture. Place molds in water bath. Bake 25 minutes. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with sauce & serve.
