8 | ounces | Sliced apples |
1 | ounce | White vinegar |
1 | ounce | Honey |
1 | cup | Water |
2 | ounces | Butter |
Salt & pepper |
Directions
Peel carrots and apples. toss in melted butter, add honey and vinegar and cook for 4 minutes. Add water and boil for 20 minutes.
Allow liquid to evaprate as much as possible. Season to taste.
