Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Young carrots
8 ounces Sliced apples
1 ounce White vinegar
1 ounce Honey
1 cup Water
2 ounces Butter
\N \N Salt & pepper

Peel carrots and apples. toss in melted butter, add honey and vinegar and cook for 4 minutes. Add water and boil for 20 minutes.

Allow liquid to evaprate as much as possible. Season to taste.
