Yield: 1 Servings
|½ cup||Hellmann's mayonnaise|
|¼ cup||Fresh parmesan cheese; grated|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|2 tablespoons||Dijonnaise cream mustard|
|1 \N||Clove garlic; minced|
|1 \N||Anchovy fillet; (optional)|
|1 \N||Head romaine lettuce; in bite size pieces|
|2 slices||Bacon; cooked and crumbled|
1. In a small bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients.
2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
3. In a large bowl toss together with lettuce, croutons and bacon.
4. Garnish with additional fresh grated parmesan cheese and fresh ground pepper.
Notes: Dressing will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Makes 1 cup dressing.
