Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Beef; cut in strips |
1 cup | Chicken bouillon |
¼ cup | Soy sauce |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
2 \N | Stalks celery; chopped |
1 can | Mushroom slices |
5 \N | Green onions; chopped |
1 medium | Onion; slice in rings |
¼ pounds | Fresh spinach |
1 can | Water chestnuts or bamboo shoots |
Brown beef strips in margarine. Add 1 cup chicken bouillon, soy sauce, salt & sugar to beef along with all other ingredients except spinach. Simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach & warm until heated through. Serve over rice.
