Sukiyaki #3

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Beef; cut in strips
1 cup Chicken bouillon
¼ cup Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 \N Stalks celery; chopped
1 can Mushroom slices
5 \N Green onions; chopped
1 medium Onion; slice in rings
¼ pounds Fresh spinach
1 can Water chestnuts or bamboo shoots

Brown beef strips in margarine. Add 1 cup chicken bouillon, soy sauce, salt & sugar to beef along with all other ingredients except spinach. Simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach & warm until heated through. Serve over rice.
