Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Beef; cut in strips |
| 1 | cup | Chicken bouillon |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| 2 | Stalks celery; chopped | |
| 1 | can | Mushroom slices |
| 5 | Green onions; chopped | |
| 1 | medium | Onion; slice in rings |
| ¼ | pounds | Fresh spinach |
| 1 | can | Water chestnuts or bamboo shoots |
Directions
Brown beef strips in margarine. Add 1 cup chicken bouillon, soy sauce, salt & sugar to beef along with all other ingredients except spinach. Simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach & warm until heated through. Serve over rice.
