Ingredients

1poundsBeef; cut in strips
1cupChicken bouillon
¼cupSoy sauce
½teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsSugar
2Stalks celery; chopped
1canMushroom slices
5Green onions; chopped
1mediumOnion; slice in rings
¼poundsFresh spinach
1canWater chestnuts or bamboo shoots

Directions

Brown beef strips in margarine. Add 1 cup chicken bouillon, soy sauce, salt & sugar to beef along with all other ingredients except spinach. Simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach & warm until heated through. Serve over rice.
