Ingredients

1poundsRound steak or stew meat
1Bunch green onions; chopped
1Stalk celery; chopped
1can(16-oz) bamboo shoots; undrained
1can(16-oz) bean sprouts; undrained
3cans(8-oz) water chestnuts; undrained
1Bottle soy sauce
1can(16-oz) Chinese noodles

Directions

Cut meat into bite-sized pieces. Brown in large pan. Add onions & celery.

Turn heat low, cover & cook 15 minutes. Drain juices from cans into meat mixture. Cook 20 minutes on low heat. Pour vegetables into meat mixture.

Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles.
