Mock seafood salad

4tablespoonsMinced scallions
2tablespoonsMinced parsley
1Garlic clove -- minced
1Lettuce head -- shredded
4Endive -- sliced
1canTuna fish -- drained and
Flaked
Sliced tomatoes

Directions

Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, anchovy paste, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, scallions, parsley and garlic. Add the lettuce, endive and tuna fish.
