Mock chicken salad

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Diced cooked pork or veal |
| 1 | cup | Diced celery |
| 4 | Ripe olives, chopped | |
| 1 | Pimento | |
| 1 | cup | Boiled salad dressing |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Combine meat, celery, olives, and ½ the pimento. Season to taste.
Moisten with salad dressing. Mix lightly with 2 forks. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with strips of pimento. 4 servings.
