Smoked seafood salad

Measure Ingredient
110 grams Smoked salmon - cut in strips
110 grams Smoked trout - cut in strips
110 grams Flavored smoked mackerel - cut in strips
\N \N Selection of lettuce leaves
\N \N Fresh fruits - to include grapes; nectarines and
\N \N ; melon
\N \N Olives
\N \N Chopped chives
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Chopped chives
\N \N Salt and pepper

Combine lettuces, chopped fruits, olives and fish in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients, pour over salad and toss gently. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve with crusty bread. Substitutions: Cooked flaked cod, rock salmon, trout, salmon.
