| 1 | pint | Sour cream [low-fat works fine] |
| 1 | can | (15 oz.) crushed pineapple; (well drained) |
| 1¼ | cup | Sugar |

Source: Second Helpings Please Yield: 8 - 10 servings Mash berries with a fork. Blend into sour cream. Mix in pinapple and sugar and blend in thoroughly. Spoon into a mold. Freeze 3 to 4 hours.
