Mocha frosting^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Cocoa
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Cold, strong coffee

Cream butter. Add sugar and cocoa gradually. Add vanilla, then coffee, gradually until mixture is smooth, creamy and thick enough to spread.
