Mocha float

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Milk
2 ounces Semisweet chocolate
⅓ cup Granulated sugar
2 cups Black coffee
4 Scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream

In saucepan, bring milk, chocolate and sugar to boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir until chocolate has melted. Add coffee and mix well. Chill thoroughly.

In blender, blend coffee mixture until frothy. Pour into tall glasses and top each one with scoop of ice cream. Serve with straws and long spoons.
