Mocha mix

Measure Ingredient
1 cup cocoa (unsweetened)
2 cups non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup instant coffee
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups dry coffee creamer
Vanilla bean cut in quarters

Mix well and divide into jars with a piece of vanilla bean in each jar. Store at least a week so flavor of vanilla bean is absorbed. Use 3 tablespoons per ¾ cup of hot water. Great topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
