Yield: 2 Servings
|1||Crisp lettuce trimmed and washed|
|1||Orange; peeled and sliced|
|50 grams||Hard cheese, cubed|
|1 tablespoon||Parmesan, grated|
|3 tablespoons||Garlic mayonnaise|
Place the lettuce leaves in the bottom, and around the edge, of two wooden bowls. Slice the celery lengthwise and place in a radiating pattern on top. Cut the orange slices into quarters and put them in the centre. Mix the cubed cheese with the crotons and sprinkle over, then sprinkle with the grated Parmesan. Dribble garlic mayonnaise over the top in a lattice pattern and the salad is ready to serve.
