Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and blend until smooth. Add vanilla. Add chocolate. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt, and add to above mixture. Add Kahlua and brandy. Fold in the chopped nuts. Drop by tsp size amounts onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes 6 to 7 dozen File
