1 each 1-pound chocolate pound cake, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
2 packs (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
3 cups Milk
12 ounces Frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup Walnuts
1¼ cup Coarsely chopped Chocolate sandwich cookies
