Miniature cheesecakes #2

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 cup Confectioner's sugar; sifted
1 pint Heavy cream; whipped
1 teaspoon Vanilla
\N \N Fresh fruit or pie filling

Blend cream cheese and sugar. All whipped cream and vanilla. Freeze in muffin cups. Makes 14. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling.
