Shrimp sandwiches

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (6.5-oz) shrimp (fresh is better)
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Onion juice
¼ cup Catsup
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 dash Hot sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
\N \N White bread

Chop or mash shrimp & mix with all ingredients. Spread on open-faced white bread rounds.
