| 1 | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1¼ | cup | Milk |

Directions
Line dish with pastry. Sprinkle bottom with flour. Then place brown sugar and milk in the pastry lined dish. Dot mixture with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in pre-heated oven (375 - 400 ) and bake until filling is firm and pie dough is a nice golden brown.
