Milk rolls

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Scalded milk
2 tablespoons Shortening
¼ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 pack Yeast
2 \N Eggs beaten
3 cups Flour

To milk add shortening, salt and sugar.

Dissolve yeast in ½ c warm water with 1 tsp. sugar and add to milk mixture, add beaten eggs. Add flour and let rise until very light then shape into rolls and let rise again till light and bake in 375 oven 20 -30 minutes.
