Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup WATER; WARM
5 tablespoons MILK; DRY NON-FAT L HEAT

1. COMBINE NONFAT DRY MILK AND WARM WATER.

2. MIX WELL.

3. BRUSH ON TURNOVERS; ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE BAKING. SEE RECIPE NO. I-G-3.

DO

NOT USE THIS WASH FOR 2 CRUST PIES.
