Measure Ingredient
1½ cup WATER
3 EGGS SHELL

1. COMBINE EGGS WITH WATER.

2. WHIP UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

3. BRUSH ON PIES. ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE BAKING.

NOTE: THIS WASH CAN BE USED ON 2-CRUST PIES (BERRY AND MINCEMEAT) THAT ARE BAKED 40-50 MINUTES.
