Mile high strawberry pie

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Egg Whites
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1¼ cup Crushed Strawberries
½ pint Whipped Cream
1 10" Pie Shell

Beat the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and berries at high speed with a mixer for 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pile into pie shell. Freeze until ready to serve. From: Syd's Cookbook.
