Mike's caesar salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Salad oil
2 \N Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
1 \N Lemon; juice of
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
6 \N Anchovies; drained
1 cup Croutons
1 \N Egg
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 \N Head Romaine lettuce
\N \N Ground black pepper optional

DRESSING

SALAD

Prepare salad dressing 1 day prior to serving. Mix all ingredients in a jar. For the salad: crush anchovies in a salad bowl. Add lettuce, salad dressing, egg & cheese. Toss well. Add croutons & black pepper, if desired.
