Directions
MC ICING
Notes: By Deborah Higgs, Bowmanstown. The Times News, PA Mix first 8 ingredients. Add cup of coffee and mix again. Grease and flour a 9² by 13² pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
MC Icing:
1. Cream first 5 ingredients until smooth.
2. *Shave with carrot cleaner unto finished cake. Break left over pieces apart and stick into finished cake.
