Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
¾ pounds Eggplant -- 1/2" dice
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
¾ cup Onions -- chopped
½ pounds Lean ground beef
1 teaspoon Garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon Cumin
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Can tomato sauce
¼ cup Raisins
1 12" pizza crust
⅔ cup Feta cheese -- crumbled
1 Plum tomato -- chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley -- minced

Preheat oven to 450~. Heat 1 tb oil and add eggplant; cook, stirring, until softened, 10 to 15 minutes; set aside. Add 1 ts oil and onions to skillet; cook untiil tender, 3 minutes. Add beef, garlic, cumin, cinnamon and salt; cook until meat is no longer pink. Stir in sauce, raisins and eggplant. Spoon on crust. Sprinkle with feta, plum tomato and parsley. Bake 10 minutes.
