Microwaved spiced nuts

| ½ | cup | Packed brown sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Allspice |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Cloves (ground) |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Water |
Directions
Nuts: 1½ cups any kind of nuts (pecans work espe- cially well). Combine in bowl everything, except nuts. Add nuts, a little at a time, so they get coated evenly. Lay nuts flat on microwave-safe plate. Cook 6 or 7 minutes on High until syrup starts to harden on nuts. Cool on buttered waxed paper.
