Microwave potato salad

From: Gerald Edgerton <jerrye@...> Date: Thu, 23 May 1996 10:47:23 -0700 Combine Potatoes and water in a 2 quart glass casserole; cover. Microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes. Drain.

In a large bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Add potatoes; mi lightly. Chill. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time is 20 minutes plus chilling.
