Combine pineapple, bananas, apple, and orange. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, rind, water and bring to a boil. Using a small amount of the juice mixture, make the cornstarch into a paste. Stir into juices. Cook until clear. Cool. Add chopped fruit. Fold heavy cream into fruit mixture and chill.
