Tex-mex corn bread

2cupsAll-purpose flour; unbleached
cupWheat germ
teaspoonCrushed red pepper

teaspoonActive dry yeast -Large Loaf---
16ouncesCanned corn; with liquid
2tablespoonsCanola oil
1tablespoonUnsulphured molasses
cupAll-purpose flour; unbleached
½cupWheat germ
2teaspoonsCrushed red pepper
1teaspoonCoriander
1teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsActive dry yeast

Directions

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
