Nine-bean soup

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Mixed dried beans (packaged 9-bean or 15-bean) |
| 1 | quart | Water |
| 1 | pounds | Sausage; sliced |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | can | (16-oz) tomatoes; with juice |
| 1 | can | (16-oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chiles |
Directions
Wash beans. Soak in water overnight. Pour off water. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 3-½ hours.
