Nine-bean soup

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Mixed dried beans (packaged 9-bean or 15-bean)
1 quart Water
1 pounds Sausage; sliced
1 large Onion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 can (16-oz) tomatoes; with juice
1 can (16-oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chiles

Wash beans. Soak in water overnight. Pour off water. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 3-½ hours.
