Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cups||Mixed dried beans (packaged 9-bean or 15-bean)|
|1 pounds||Sausage; sliced|
|1 large||Onion; chopped|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|1 can||(16-oz) tomatoes; with juice|
|1 can||(16-oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chiles|
Wash beans. Soak in water overnight. Pour off water. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 3-½ hours.
