Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Mixed dried beans (packaged 9-bean or 15-bean) |
1 quart | Water |
1 pounds | Sausage; sliced |
1 large | Onion; chopped |
1 \N | Clove garlic; minced |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 can | (16-oz) tomatoes; with juice |
1 can | (16-oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chiles |
Wash beans. Soak in water overnight. Pour off water. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 3-½ hours.
