Ingredients

3 pounds Ground beef, extra lean
1 large Chopped onion
1 pack Longhorn cheese -- 12 oz
Grated
1 can Tomato sauce -- 15 oz.
1 can Olive -- ripe 4 oz chopped
1 can Salsa -- 4 oz chopped
24 eaches Hard rolls

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. Add remaining ingredients excepts rolls. Pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with the beef mixture. Wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. Yield: 24 sandwiches.
