Cherry almond balls

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Light corn syrup
¼ cup Orange juice
2 teaspoons Almond extract
3 cups Finely crushed vanilla wafers
\N \N Candied cherries
\N \N Colored sprinkles (decorative) candy)

Mix syrup, juice & almond extract with vanilla wafers. Mold around cherry & roll in colored sprinkles. Store in air-tight container. Makes 48.
