Melon salad with figs

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Plain nonfat or lowfat |
| Yogurt | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh lime juice |
| 8 | Fresh figs -- quartered | |
| 1 | small | Honeydew |
| Peeled, seeded & sliced into | ||
| Bite-size pcs | ||
| 4 | teaspoons | Chopped fresh mint leaves |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped walnuts or pecans |
Directions
Combine the yogurt, honey & lime juice. Cover & chill until serving time.
Place 8 fig quarters in a circle in the center of 4 plates. Arrange the melon pieces around the figs. Before serving, spoon the yogurt dressing over the fruit. Sprinkle with the mint & nuts. 4 servings Posted by Vonlisa.
