Two in one holiday bars

Yield: 48 Bars

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Butter or margarine; softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 \N Egg
2 cups Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour
1 cup Diced mixed candied fruit
½ cup Semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup Chopped pecans
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Milk; (up to 2)

GLAZE

1. Heat oven to 350~F. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour; mix well. Spread dough in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

2. Sprinkle half of the dough with candied fruit; sprinkle the other half with chocolate chips and pecans. Press lightly into dough.

3. Bake at 350~F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.

4. In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and enough milk for desired drizzling consistency; blend until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars. Let stand until set. Cut into bars.
